The Canadian group reinforces its nutraceuticals and pet food division. Cooke, the Canadian group that maintains an exclusive agreement with Abanca for the purchase of 80% of the capital of Nueva Pescanova, exhibits muscle with the purchase of two companies that reinforce it in the European and Asian markets.
