Van der Zwan purchases majority stake in Ekofish Group
Ekofish will be taken over by fishing firm Van der Zwan.

Dutch fishing company Van der Zwan has reached an agreement with the founders and shareholders of Ekofish Group to acquire a majority stake to this group for an undisclosed amount.

Ekofish is a well-known firm due to the key role it assigns to innovation and sustainability, and proof of this is the development of the sustainable fishing vessel Spes Nova, which is currently being built.
