November 1 2013 - The private equity companies Altor and Bain Capital agreed with Cermaq in July to acquire EWOS. November 1 marks the closing of the transaction and the beginning of a new era for EWOS as an independent feed supplier.
August 2015 they announced the sale of EWOS to Cargill.
