Over the last few years we have invested heavily in our premises here in Musselburgh, extending and developing to what is now one of the largest and most modern seafood processing plants in the country.

We are at the forefront of our industry with regards to current legislation and technology and with around 70 production staff, we put great emphasis on training and development to ensure that everyone regularly achieves the consistent level of quality expected of them.
