ZALG is a Breton company, created in Vannes in 2021 by Tanguy Gestin and Vincent Lacaze.
Resolutely focused on the sea, our project started from a simple observation:
Why are algae, which concentrate so many virtues, absent from our French culinary heritage?
We explore their diversity and their properties in new gourmet forms. Our first product takes the form of frying cubes, a unique food innovation in the world to delight the taste buds!
ZALG's mission is to support the food transition towards a sustainable model. Using a practical and gourmet approach, we position the seaweed in the center of the plate.
