Company Atlantex Sp. Ltd. was founded in 1997.

In the same year the company bought a processing trawler M / V-154 When Esther.

Given the company's development and expansion of fishing, with the end of 2002, when Esther trawler-154 has been sold, and in its place the company bought in 2003, a larger unit, a processing trawler M / V-157 When Wiesbaden.  

Once again the fleet Atlantexu increased in 2005, when it was purchased trawler, pelagic species m / v when Anders-38.

In the period 1997-2008 Atlantex vessels engaged in fishing activities in the North Atlantic Fisheries Commission (NEAFC, NAFO, the North Sea).

Even in 2007, was sold to M / V-38 Anders When, in 2008, was decommissioned m / v Wiesbaden As-157.

In their place, the Company purchased two large factory trawlers class Vigo-m / v Alina As-46 and m / v Anders As-39 (the name he inherited from his predecessor.)

In 2009, when the ship Anders-39 was replaced by a trawler when Sirius-43, twin unit of m / v Alina When-46.

Since 2008, Atlantexu vessels fish mainly on the fisheries of West Africa (Morocco and Mauritania) and the South Pacific (SPRFMO).
