Russian Crab Group presents its products at Gulfood 2023

Russian Crab Group, the largest crab fishing company in the Far East, will participate in the 28th International Food, Beverage and Culinary Exhibition Gulfood 2023. The event will take place from February 20 to 24 in the capital of the United Arab Emirates at the Dubai World Trade Center. The company participates in the exhibition as part of the Russian national exhibition, organized with the support of the Russian Export Center.

At the stand of the Russian Crab Group of Companies, visitors to the exhibition will be able to see boiled and frozen products made from Kamchatka, blue crab and opilio snow crab caught in the cold waters of the Sea of Okhotsk and the Bering Sea. It is these types of crabs that are considered the most valuable in the gastronomic sense and belong to the category of delicacies.

The company's stand was visited by Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Sergey Levin, Deputy Minister of Economy of the United Arab Emirates Abdullah Ahmed Al-Saleh, Head of the Federal Fisheries Agency Ilya Shestakov, General Director of the Russian Export Center Veronika Nikishina.

“The company's products are well-deserved recognition from consumers around the world. Our crab is distinguished by its high quality and its absolutely natural composition. This was also appreciated by the chefs of the main restaurants in the Middle East, for whom tastings were organized last year. This work has one result: today we are establishing cooperation with the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia," said Alexander Sapozhnikov, General Director of the Russian Crab Group.

The Russian Crab brand product is a valuable component of a healthy diet, as it contains pure natural protein, which is qualitatively superior to other types of protein in terms of digestibility and amino acid composition. Crab meat protein contains all the essential amino acids in amounts that exceed their content in an ideal protein, indicating a high biological value of the product. No added salt is used in the preparation of the products.

Far Eastern crab, together with traditional and innovative products of Russian producers of cereals, butter, milk, chocolate, beverages, represent the domestic food industry at the Made in Russia group exhibition.
