The Kerala-based seafood specialist eyes major European expansion ahead of upcoming trade pacts

The global aquaculture sector continues to see robust momentum as Kings Infra Ventures Limited, a prominent seafood solutions firm based in Kerala, India, delivered a stellar financial performance for the 2025–2026 fiscal year. Driven by strong operational efficiencies and booming demand, the company successfully navigated international trade headwinds to secure double-digit growth across all its key financial metrics.

The company reported a 24.41% surge in Profit After Tax, reaching $1.96 million for the full fiscal year. Profit Before Tax also saw a substantial rise, climbing 25.78% year-on-year to hit $2.68 million.

This bottom-line growth was backed by a massive expansion in business volume. Full-year revenue from operations grew to $19.46 million, marking a 30.13% increase compared to the $14.96 million recorded in the previous fiscal year. The momentum was particularly visible in the final stretch of the year; during the fourth quarter alone, Kings Infra Ventures clocked a net revenue of $5.62 million, representing a powerful 44.77% jump over the $3.88 million brought in during the same quarter last year.

Reflecting on the milestone, Baby John Shaji, Managing Director of Kings Infra Ventures Limited, emphasized the structural and emotional foundation behind these metrics:

“We dedicate the results to the memory of late Shaji Baby John, whose unwavering commitment to building a world-class aquaculture enterprise laid the very foundation we stand on today. Our farms performed well, our financial discipline improved, and we enter FY 2026–27 with a clear, five-pillar execution framework that we believe will unlock the next chapter of Kings Infra’s growth story.”

While the company had to contend with ongoing geopolitical tensions and global supply chain disruptions on the export front, management remains highly optimistic about its international trajectory. A major catalyst on the horizon is the Free Trade Agreement between India and the European Union, which is on track to take effect by 2027. This agreement is anticipated to provide a highly lucrative boost to the company’s export pipeline in European markets, where Kings Infra Ventures has already carved out a distinct footprint through its premium seafood offerings.
