Factories Vulcano, SA is a Spanish shipyard dedicated to the construction of large ships.
The shipyard was founded in 1919 by Enrique Lorenzo Docampo and Ludovico Morlon, a Belgian engineer (nicknamed "the French") in the district of Teis (Vigo) .
It is specialized in the construction of large ships and steel double hull, between 80 and 170 m length yard.
In 2011, due to various economic problems caused by the bankruptcy of its subsidiary Juliana (Gijón) and the cancellation of two contracts, 3 shipyard is forced to voluntarily file a bankruptcy; out of the competition in 2012, allowing the back yard to vessel construction market
