NIWA scientific survey reveals good recruitment of hoki

A scientific survey conducted earlier this year by NIWA in New Zealand waters suggests that there has been a good level of recruitment of the 2015 and 2016 classes in the stock of hoki.
One of the main aims of the survey is to provide information that enables the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) to sustainably manage the hoki fishery.
