Ager acquires PescaChile assets, sets trade agreement with Europacífico

The company Ager SA, linked to the investment group Inder, through public auction acquired PescaChile assets, former subsidiary of the Galician multinational firm Pescanova.
The operation, for USD 45 million, involved the purchase of eight factory freezer vessels with their corresponding quotas.
