Founded in January 2007, Enfoca Management Company for Investment Funds SA ("Enfoca on Investments") is to organize and manage investment funds, including private equity funds and infrastructure funds, among others. To date manages three investment funds of private equity: Enfoca Discoverer 1, Enfoca1 and Enfoca Andean Discovery Investment.  

2008 - Acquisition by Enfoca SAFI of a participating interest in the capital stock of Pesquera Diamante S.A. The transaction totaled US$ 90 million.
