Austevoll Seafood ASA (Public, OSL:AUSS) is a Norwegian holding company primarily engaged in fishing and food processing sectors. The Company’s activities include the production of fishmeal, oil and high-concentrate omega-3 fish oil, as well as the processing of pelagic fish into canned and frozen products for the direct human consumption.
In addition, through Leroy Seafood Group ASA, the Company is active in the salmon production and operates more than 100 salmon farming licenses in Norway.
The Company's subsidiaries are the Norway-based Austevoll Eiendom AS, Austevoll Fisk AS, Sea Star International AS, A-Fish AS, Laco IV AS, Aumur AS Epax Holding AS and Welcon AS; the Chile-base FoodCorp SA, and the Peru-based Austral Group SAA, among others.
