Main strength lies with Alaska Pollock, it is a white fish regarded as sustainable with abundant supply. We only pick and purchase large, firm, well inspected Alaska Pollock caught around the Bering Sea area. Obtain MSC certification on August 2009
Delmar's annual purchase is about 8,000mt (Status from 2009) The world wide total fish caught in 1986 was at 6,800,000mt recorded as one of the highest in years, recently the annual catch is said to be around 3,000,000mt even with depleating numbers we have managed to keep world class buying power till this day.
Delmar uses Thai and Southeast Asian Vannamei (white shrimp) and wild salmon from Japan sea.
