The non-profit organization Fish Union "Rybny Soyuz" was established in 2008 as an association of production and processing enterprises of the fish industry.
Today the "Rybny Soyuz" includes more than 30 companies that are leaders in the fish market. Our companies are engaged in the extraction, production of high quality products, wholesale and retail trade in Russian and imported fish and seafood. The uninterrupted operation of our companies provides citizens of Russia and neighboring countries with a wide range of chilled, frozen, salted, smoked fish and seafood, preserves and canned food.
Rybny Soyuz takes part in the implementation of the Food Security Doctrine of the Russian Federation. Together with our participants, we are working to eliminate the existing administrative barriers, prepare proposals for legislative activity, bring the consolidated point of view of the fish business to the executive branch, participate in the development and implementation of measures aimed at state support for producers working in the domestic market.
Our activities are aimed at increasing the consumption of fish and seafood. We understand that only through joint efforts will we be able to convey to the public the importance of regular fish consumption for health and longevity. Therefore, we actively cooperate with representatives of the medical community, science, education and the media.
