Appointed to the Board on 29 March 2004

Justin is also Chairman of the Operating Board. He has been a Non-Executive Director of Staples, Inc. since September 2007 and was appointed to the board of the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games in January 2009.

He is a member of the CBI President's Committee, is a patron of Skillsmart Retail, the national sector skills council for retail, and is a Visiting Fellow of Oxford University's Centre for Corporate Reputation.

Justin was formerly Director of Food at Marks and Spencer Group plc and prior to this held a number of senior positions at ASDA/WalMart and Häagen Dazs UK. He spent much of his early career with Mars Confectionery and Pepsi International.
