Tom joined the Company in 1979 as Claims Assistant, before moving to marine underwriting. He transferred to the aquaculture department in 1992 and became head in 2000. He oversees all aspects of aquaculture worldwide. On 30th June 2010 he was appointed a Director of the Company.
