Clare joined Sustain in May 2010. She helps design and develop Sustain's printed publications, including the magazine of London Food Link, The Jellied Eel. Clare also supports Sustain's campaign project officers with the creation of promotional material and web design. She has previously worked in communication and marketing roles in health and disability charities, and as a development volunteer in Mongolia. Her sustainable food experience includes voluntary work at the Environmental Justice Foundation – working on sustainable fishing and prawn farming campaigns and interning with a film production company, assisting with marketing the film Pig Business and development of a documentary on worldwide food price rises. When working in retail, she was a bread receiver at Whole Foods and orderer at Alara Wholefoods in Bloomsbury.
