On Galician markets, during week 8, total volumes of auctioned shellfish declined by 22 tonnes. The most important declines were reported by the manila clam and cockles. The most important increases were reported by sea urchin, spider crab and banded carpet shell.

On Mercamadrid, during week 8, the most important increases were registered in frozen spider crab, frozen ox crab, fresh farmed clam and frozen cockles. The most significant drops were those in fresh large snail and fresh farmed clam.

At French ports, during week 8, volumes of striped venus dropped by 2 tonnes and those of Norway lobster increased by 9 tonnes.

Italy

At Italian ports, during week 8, the most significant variation was the drop in mantis shrimp volumes. The most important rises were those of mantis shrimp and mussels. The main ports were Aci Trezza, Ancona, Cesenatico, Goro, San Benedetto del Tronto and Civitanova Marche.

Spain

On Galician markets, during week 8, the most important drops were those in ox crab and queen scallop because of a rise in supplies, and in barnacle and grooved carpet shell, due to a lower demand. The most important increases were those in Norway lobster, due to a higher demand, and in oyster and sabre clam, because of a drop in supplies.
