Innovaseaa global leader in technologically advanced aquatic solutions for aquaculture and fish tracking, announced today that it has hired Fidel Pardo and Ana Maria Moris to better serve our customers in Chile "and drive our global digital strategy". Combined, Pardo and Moris have more than 50 years of industry experience helping companies oversee their aquaculture operations and achieve their business and commercial goals.

Pardo will serve as Innovasea’s Outside Sales Specialist for the Land-Based Aquaculture unit. In his role, Pardo will be responsible for helping Chilean aquaculture farms grow and optimize their operations. Most recently, Pardo worked for AquaChile, where he oversaw their two largest RAS hatcheries and managed the production of half of their smolts.

“Fidel’s proven track record makes him an invaluable addition to the team,” said Innovasea Managing Director, Juan Pablo Barrales. “Hisfirst-hand experience with the equipment and real-world challenges farmers face makes him uniquely qualified for this role.”

“As a former production manager, I understand what it takes to raise fish successfully,” added Pardo. “Now, I have the chance to use this expertise to empower businesses to develop and improve their facilities.”

Meanwhile, Moris will act as a Senior Product Manager, and lead product development for Innovasea’s global digital aquaculture solutions. In her role, she will oversee both ongoing improvements to Innovasea’s existing product catalog – such as the Realfish Pro Platform which includes Farm360, aquaEnvironment, and aquaControl – as well as the development of new initiatives.

Most recently, Moris was the Digital Business Development Director for AKVA Group ASA, where she was part of the executive team that oversaw the company’s global digital strategy.

“Ana brings a unique mix of hands-on experience and business acumen that’s unmatched in the industry,” said Innovasea VP, Tim Stone. “Ana’s addition helps us to ensuring our technology continues to evolve with our customers’ needs.”

“I’m excited to join Innovasea and help develop digital products that will truly make a difference in the industry,” noted Moris. “Innovasea has a long history of innovation and excellence. Our customers trust us, and we must live up to this commitment as we strive to deliver solutions that improve their lives, anticipate and respond to emerging trends, and ultimately set new standards in the industry.”
