Striving to be the first to leapfrog development丨The first batch of full-process automation demonstration projects for deep processing of aquatic products in our city were put into operation

  • Intensive processing of aquatic products in our city is moving towards intelligence
  • The first batch of full-process automation demonstration projects put into operation
  • The process connection rate exceeds 90%, reducing the employment of more than 400 people, and improving production efficiency by more than 30%

In the frozen product workshop of China Aquatic Zhoushan Ocean Fishery Products Co., Ltd., the squid is put in, thawed, cleaned, processed and finally packaged, all of which are seamlessly connected by conveyor belts, realizing the automation of the whole process. This is one of the first batch of full-process automation (intelligence) demonstration projects for deep processing of aquatic products in our city.

The reporter learned from the Municipal Economic and Information Bureau that the city's first batch of full-process automation (intelligent) demonstration projects for deep processing of aquatic products with a total investment of 31 million yuan have been completed and put into operation recently. The demonstration project includes 3 full-process automated production lines, 8 first sets (first batch) of key intelligent equipment in the city, and 1 common equipment research and development project. According to estimates, more than 400 workers can be reduced, and production efficiency can be increased by more than 30% on average. The economic benefit and industry demonstration effect are remarkable.

"In view of the non-standard nature of aquatic products, we have designed a full-process automated production line for marine food deep processing through process improvement, joint research, and independent research and development of equipment." Chen Yunyun, director of the operation and technology management department of China Aquatic Zhoushan Ocean Fishery Co., Ltd. The innovative highlights of the production line were introduced to reporters. The production line applies advanced automatic thawing system, cleaning and dissection, low-temperature cooking machine, fluidized single freezing machine, tunnel-type continuous quick-freezing equipment, etc., and the real-time data monitoring of the production line is carried out through the automatic control system, so that the raw materials of aquatic products are processed, A series of tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and quick freezing are more intelligent.

Chen Yunyun introduced that taking the annual processing of 10,000 tons of aquatic products as an example, the production line after the full-process automation transformation can increase production capacity by more than 30%, increase the yield of finished products by 3%, and reduce water consumption by about 27%. The benefits of nearly 20 million yuan.

"Judging from the first batch of demonstration projects, the process connection rate exceeds 90%." The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Bureau of Economics and Information Technology introduced that the automation transformation of the whole process of deep processing of aquatic products has broken through the technical difficulties of some key intelligent equipment and common problems in the industry. For example, the automatic weighing, packaging and testing integrated machine is the first to create an intelligent solution for the inner packaging of products in a low-temperature environment; the intelligent squid slicer realizes the intelligent cutting of squid white slices with fixed weight and fixed size, providing automation for the traditional aquatic product processing industry in the city and even the whole country.

"Zhoushan Case"

In addition, the demonstration project has achieved energy saving and consumption reduction of more than 50% through advanced technology such as low-temperature drying. Through the application of digital technologies such as MES system, workshop digital acquisition system, and warehouse management system, the level of digital management has been further improved.

The person in charge said that in the future, the city will continue to drive a large number of processing enterprises to carry out full-process automation and equipment intelligent transformation through demonstration and promotion, and strive to achieve more than 65% of the city's large-scale enterprises with full-process automated production lines in 2024.
