The second edition of Cozinha Show will take place at IFC Amazônia from April 23-25 at the Hangar Centro de Convenções e Feiras da Amazônia in Belém, Pará. This culinary event will feature free cooking classes led by local chefs, showcasing Amazonian cuisine and emphasizing the region's rich biodiversity and native fish species.

Open to the public registered for IFC Amazônia (registration via the website), Cozinha Show classes will require on-site registration with limited availability. The initiative, a partnership with the University of the Amazon (UNAMA) and CODEM (Belém Metropolitan Area Development and Administration Company), aligns with IFC Amazônia's strategic actions to promote fish consumption, highlight biodiversity, and connect all stakeholders in the seafood supply chain.
Chefs will share recipes featuring fish and other local ingredients, educate attendees about the region's culinary heritage, and demonstrate diverse preparations and full utilization of ingredients. The Flavor Corridor will showcase local products, including those with or seeking Geographical Indication (GI) certification, in partnership with SEDAP (State Secretariat for Agricultural and Fisheries Development).
