Targeting an annual production of 6,300 tons Atlantic salmon per year, Proximar will be the first large-scale RAS facility built in Japan.

From our location at the foot of Mt. Fuji, we will be serving the Japanese market with fresh Atlantic salmon, harvested the same day. The fish is cultivated in high quality groundwater from Mt. Fuji – in a sustainable and safe environment. 

From our location, we are attractively positioned in the proximity to the market – approximately one hour drive from Tokyo, and some few hours from other major cities in Japan.
