On a global level, Denmark is the world’s biggest exporter of fish oil and the 2nd biggest exporter of fishmeal (2015). Furthermore, we are the 7th biggest producer of fishmeal and the 5th biggest producer of fish oil.

We export fishmeal to 60 countries with a value of 1900 million DKK/year (2016) and fish oil to 25 countries with a value of 1800 million DKK/yearly (2016).
