Corpesca SA (Public, SCL:CORPESCA) is a Chile-based company engaged in the fishing and food processing sectors. Its activities include the production of fish flours and oils, which are used in the aquiculture sector. The Company’s products are distributed nationwide and exported to North, Central and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania.

By private instrument on July 7, 2017, Pesquera Iquique-Guanaye S.A., together with the Fishing Company Eperva S.A. and AntarChile S.A., promised to buy from Sociedad Pesquera Coloso S.A. the totality of the shares that the latter owns in Corpesca S.A., titles that correspond to 23% of the shares subscribed and paid by the firm controlled by the Angelini group.
