Metro Cash & Carry launches made-in-Vietnam goods week

German wholesaler Metro Cash & Carry has launched a week of made-in-Vietnam goods at 117 supermarkets across Germany.
As many as 1.4 million German business customers received materials advertising Vietnamese products in a deal meant to boost made-in-Vietnam items.
High ranking officials of Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ho Chi Minh City administration and the Vietnamese Embassy in Germany plus German politicians all took part in the grand opening ceremony in Berlin on 31 May, Thanh Nien News reports. (More Info)
