Kilkeel Seafoods is a limited company registered in Northern Ireland, entirely focused on delivering delicious breaded scampi, sustainably sourced around the UK and Irish waters.
Kilkeel is a beautiful town at the mouth of the Carlingford Lough and the foot of the Mourne Mountains in County Down, Northern Ireland. It is an important fishing port where scampi is landed and is also ideally placed to receive supplies from two other Northern Irish ports, Portavogie and Ardglass. It also receives supplies from ports in the Republic of Ireland.
We have two factories located in the very heart of Irish Scampi fishing and have worked with many generations of fishermen to source only the very best Dublin Bay prawns. The Kilkeel Seafoods team draws on over 30 years’ of experience and knowledge to convert this delicate wild caught seafood into consistently high quality, deliciously sweet tasting breaded scampi.
Whitby Seafoods Ltd was founded in 1985 by Graham Whittle, from the assets of Whitby Shellfish Company based in Larpool Lane in Whitby. Whitby Seafoods pioneered wholetail scampi with the breakthrough market leading product Whitby Scampi
