BluGlacier was founded in 2016 as a US joint venture by two, top sustainable salmon producers in Chile, Blumar and Ventisqueros. Our salmon is raised in the isolated, cold-water fjords of Chile.
Because we source our salmon in chilly Patagonia, BluGlacier operates out of sunny Miami. Believe it or not, our salmon pairs perfectly with mojitos and salsa dancing too!
Today, BluGlacier along with Blumar and Ventisqueros, remain dedicated to upgrading the lives of individuals and the general well-being of the planet through sustainable aquaculture.
Our salmon is sourced in the isolated cold-water fjords of southern Chile where they swim in natural, pristine waters. Our aquaculture teams care for our salmon night and day to ensure our salmon is as stress-free as possible because this creates a healthier product for you.
Our aquaculture team is comprised of biologists, veterinarians, and engineers, and they are not only dedicated to the well-being of our salmon, but also to our planet. It’s a 360 degree approach we are proud to bring to you.
We believe that a vibrant lifestyle starts at the source, so we aim to create an environment that enriches the lives of everyone in our company including our salmon.
