Japanese trading group Mitsui & Co., Ltd. has agreed with Vietnam-based Minh Phu Seafood Joint Stock Company, the world's biggest shrimp integrator from farming to processing and sales, to acquire a 35.1 per cent equity interest of the company for JPY 17 billion (approximately USD150 million).
